At West Island we print everything from high quality literature using a combination of different materials and finishes to glossy brochures and short run magazines. State of the art Mitsubishi and Roland sheet-fed offset litho printing presses are utilised throughout with computerised plate scanning and electronic ink duct settings to ensure accurate print register, colour balance and control. Sheet sizes can include:
B3 (353mm x 500mm) & B2 (520mm x 720mm).

We also regularly print on a wide spectrum of materials. These include fine art papers and packaging boards with grades of up to 800 microns in thickness.

special varnishes and coatings
An extensive range of special finishes and coatings can be achieved for product enhancement and security including: Gloss UV Coatings/Varnishes, Satin UV Coatings/Varnishes, Matt UV Coatings/Varnishes, Water based/emulsion Coatings plus Pearlescent finishes.
