• Scoring, folding and guillotining for brochures, maps, leaflets and gift wrap
• Automated stringing for gift, luggage and swing tags
• Overprinting and numbering for tickets and products requiring individual data
• Automated collating and stitching for magazines, booklets and brochures
• Over laminating and encapsulation
• Specialist bench work, including spiral binding, carton construction and hand-gluing by highly trained staff
• Packaging of greetings cards, gift tags and other multi-item packs

Label finishing processes can also include:

• Sprocket punching and perforating for computer stationery
• Die cutting for standard and specialised shapes
• Cold foil blocking facility for standard foil shades with holographic foiling for the drinks/toiletry/cosmetic and security markets
• Overlaminating in gloss and matt for added protection and product enhancement
• Reverse printing facility interchangeable between printing presses either on the adhesive/reverse of a non adhesive substrate or backing paper
• A sheeting station allowing reels of print to be sheeted
• Gloss/matt or satin UV varnishing finishes.

We provide an off-line sheeting facility for sheeting on-roll lables as well as warehouse facilities for safe storage of converted stock in preparation for packing and dispatch by dedicated carriers.
